I'm Rebecca, I'm 43, and I started started the GLOW YOGA CLUB so women our age would have a safe space to get strong from the comfort of home.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Hiya! I'm Rebecca.

My wake-up call happened at 37. I was doing something I absolutely loved – surfing – when my completely-normal right knee betrayed me. I was paddling into a wave and despite its sheer size (and my terror), I went for it. And I made it! Until I didn't...when my knee failed, and I fell.

I healed, slowly, and learned my lesson: strength is a non-negotiable at this age. And your exercise has to be centered around it.

Now, my teaching focuses on one thing above all others: getting stronger. I desperately want to keep doing my favorite things – hiking, playing with my dog or craning my neck for hours looking for birds through heavy binoculars.

And I want you to keep up with all the things you love to do, too.

I'd be honored to have you join me in class.
