Do you want improve your strength and stability?
And you don't want your kids to worry.
You want to feel stronger doing things on your own and get your balance and mobility back to where it was.
But aren't sure how to do it.
You've done rehab and physical therapy.
But you want something more between appointments.
You need one-on-one attention.
With someone who can help you move forward, safely.
Hi, I'm Rebecca Bly...
And for 18 years, I have been helping adults to get stronger, move better and feel more confident doing things on their own.
I work IN-PERSON with seniors at their home in the ASHEVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA area.
I also work over Zoom from anywhere in the world.
Rates for in-home lessons for seniors in the Asheville area are $110-$150 for a 60-min lesson, depending on your location. Share your lesson with a spouse or friend and split the fee.
The CDC reports...
"One out of four older adults will fall each year in the United States, making falls a public health concern, particularly among the aging population."

"I shocked my whole family this Christmas when I sat down on the floor...AND got back up again!"
Meet Rebecca Bly
I KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE...
To see a loved one struggle every day after a big hit to their health. Years later with his cancer in remission, my father still struggles with balance, fear of falling (again) and many other side effects from treatment. My mom works really hard trying to help him. But it's not enough. And it's not their fault.
THE BIG PROBLEM IS...
There is a gap in our healthcare system when it comes to support for seniors after a health event. Rehabilitation and therapy run out. You're left on your own to figure out how to move forward.
I BELIEVE WITH ALL MY HEART...
That you CAN improve your strength and balance with the right kind of help. While fitness trainers focus on weights and reps and physical therapists on a specific injury that needs repair, our work is on the entire body and how it works together.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...
Every session, we start where you are and build from there. With most folks, our work begins seated in a chair. We'll do range of motion exercises, balancing movements to train the body and brain, spinal articulations, respiration and much more. We focus on improving practical every day activities that currently challenging; perhaps things like getting up from a chair and reaching for things around you.
In my 17+ years working with folks on strength, posture and balance, I've seen that it doesn't matter what limitations you have, there is ALWAYS something you CAN do, and a way for us to build on it.
I would LOVE to help you discover the things you CAN do again.
Rebecca Bly lives in Asheville, North Carolina. She has been teaching since 2006.
