Hi there! I'm Rebecca. I'm really glad you're here.

You'd think that more than 22 years of yoga would teach you something about dealing with stress. Indeed it has. But little did I know my own self-care routines were about to be seriously tested when 2020 arrived.

Between stay home orders, being separated from my husband for months on end because of border restrictions while helping my parents move into retirement living during Covid, the stress felt so heavy I was convinced that something was about to snap. I knew I wasn't alone.

My students were having a hard time focusing, they were complaining more of shoulder and lower back pain and were always riled up after checking the latest news updates; a habit they couldn't break.

My stomach burned daily, I had trouble falling back asleep in the middle of the night and I had no patience for things even slightly annoying. This was a new level stress and I needed to do something about it.

That's what inspired me to put this program together. I knew people were having a very hard time and didn't have their normal outlets to deal with them. I put together for you all the strategies I've learned in 15 years of teaching and put them together in a digestible, simple to follow program so you can keep calm and carry on with what's important - your life!

I know this stuff works. Because it's helped me through hard times too.

Rebecca Bly is a Registered Yoga Teacher and has been teaching since 2006. She trained in Vinyasa Yoga style and draws inspiration from Shiva Rea, Cyndi Lee and Tara Brach.
